Aaron is a franchise development professional from Waco, Texas. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family working from 7 at one of his family’s four local restaurants, which were later sold. He began his career in franchising after graduating from Baylor University in 2005. His early experience was on the operational side, where he assisted new franchise owners as they launched their business. He then switched gears and went to work for his family’s floor covering business, where he developed a successful commercial division. After positioning the company for a resale several years later, he was called back into franchising as a Developer for a large, international service-based franchisor, known at that time as the Dwyer Group. After a successful launch in development, he was asked to lead sales for an emerging franchise brand called Restoration1. During his time as VP of Development, Aaron successfully developed over 100 new locations and received honors such as Franchisor of the Year and Master Closer. After this endeavor, Aaron worked as an independent business consultant before rejoining what is now called Neighborly. At Neighborly, he developed for The Grounds Guys, Mosquito Joe, and Mr. Handyman, where he collectively developed 41 new locations in two years and was honored with the Million Dollar Club Award.
