As the second in a multi-part series spotlighting Rhino7 team members, meet Rita Perkins, Office Manager and Franchise Coordinator. Rita joined the Rhino7 team in 2002 and is responsible for monitoring all functions of the office, to make sure everything is organized and running smoothly.
In addition to working closely with the internal Rhino7 team, Rita also works with Rhino7’s Development Managers (DMs), and with franchisors. “Having worked as a teacher for 11 years – mostly in Greenwich Village – before joining the company,” Rita says, “I’m very comfortable in my role of helping the franchisors, DMs, consultants and my co-workers get their questions answered and needs met.”
Rita helps the DMs get set up on the company’s CRM system and provides ongoing support. She also develops territory maps that the DMs use to show prospective franchisees what territories are available for purchase, and helps to market Rhino7’s franchise offerings to brokers to generate leads.
In addition, she is responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with Rhino7’s franchisors and legal counsel on all aspects of developing franchisors including providing prospective franchisee candidates with updated legal information regarding franchise offerings as required by law each year.
A Solid Foundation
“Rita is the ‘go-to’ person in Rhino7’s corporate office; the one who delivers the building blocks the company needs to effectively grow and support our franchisor clients,” says Doug Schadle, President. “She was one of our very first hires, and she’s an integral part of the team.”
When Rita isn’t working, she enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and horseback riding, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
