All About People, a professional staffing company, was taken under the Rhino7 wing in 2014 and has continued to grow with their help and expertise. Brian Garoutte, the project developer of All About People, shined a little light on the key to All About People’s success and why it was the perfect franchise to partner with.

Why has All About People been so successful?

a success story told by brian garoutte in text images why has all about people been so successfulI think we’ve got to look back at the industry more than anything. The staffing industry continues to grow. It’s a huge, massive market. It’s projected to be a $165 billion market. The other cool thing about the staffing industry is that regardless of the position the economy is in, this industry is pretty resistant. Actually, if the economy does have a downturn, the staffing industry grows. Human resources departments outsource individuals to us who have been laid off. Plus, on the other hand, if the economy is good, the talent pool is skinnier. So, HR departments lean on us to fill positions.

What part has Rhino7 played in this success?

a success story told by brian garoutte in text images what part has rhino7 played in this successWe started working with All About People about six to seven months prior to the launch of their national franchise development back in 2015. We’ve always worked with our franchisors prior to taking it to a national level to make sure the systems are in place, the infrastructure is there, and all of the pieces of the puzzle are ready to be rolled out. That’s the up-front piece. And then once the brand was launched, we continued to educate our referral sources on the brand and the model.

What specific part of the business model is most valuable to All About People?

a success story told by brian garoutte in text images what specific part of the business model is most valuable to all about peopleWe modeled All About People differently than most staffing businesses. Most staffing franchises required fully present franchisees, selling 40+ hours per week. We’ve identified that that’s not necessary. So I would say that the biggest thing with our business model is the fact that we are looking for owners that want to be semi-absentee. We look for branch managers who know the industry and have industry experience. This allows our offices to come out of the gate like a rocket versus riding a really slow plateau and gradually seeing an increase.

What about All About People intrigued Rhino7 in terms of creating a partnership?

a success story told by brian garoutte in text images what about all about people intrigued rhino7 in terms of creating a partnershipWe typically talk to anywhere between 100 and 150 potential franchisors every single year. We take on one, maybe two per year. With All About People, the model itself continues to flourish and post great numbers. We also knew and identified that there was some demand out there for potential franchisees who wanted to get into the staffing industry.
